Collection: Soft and Healthy Food

Gandum Ka Dalia (Cracked Wheat)

  • Composition: Made by milling whole raw wheat grains into smaller, coarse pieces.

  • Nutritional Profile: It is an excellent source of dietary fiber, manganese, and magnesium. Because it is a complex carbohydrate, it provides sustained energy and aids in digestion.

  • Texture & Use: It has a chewy, nutty texture. It is highly versatile and used in both savory dishes (like Khichdi) and sweet porridges made with milk and nuts.

Joo Ka Dalia (Barley Porridge)

  • Composition: Produced from barley grains that have been cracked or rolled.

  • Nutritional Profile: Barley is famous for its high content of beta-glucan, a type of fiber that helps manage cholesterol levels. It is also considered very "cooling" for the body and is often recommended for kidney and heart health.

  • Texture & Use: It has a slightly softer bite than wheat dalia and a mild, earthy flavor. It is a traditional breakfast food often prepared as Talbinah (barley cooked with milk and honey).

Sago Dana (Tapioca Pearls)

  • Composition: These are small, white pearls extracted from the starch of the sago palm or cassava root.

  • Nutritional Profile: Sago is almost pure carbohydrate and contains very little protein or fat. It is incredibly easy to digest, making it the go-to food for recovery after illness or for those with sensitive stomachs.
